Participation is Easy
- You will be mailed two ballot entry note pads and two signs. Display the Sterling Service Awards signs and ballots in a visible high traffic area, such as your reception desk, staff room, or bar.
- Collect ballots and hold in a secure place.
- Mail completed ballots by September 15, 2008 to: Sterling Service Awards, c/o Chemistry Consulting Group Inc., 400 - 1207 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8W 2E7
- Provide a letter of support for, and confirm the accuracy of any nominations your staff members receive.
- Ensure that the nominated staff member has the time away from work to attend.
